1. All Sales Are Final
At Deep Love Apparel, every product is custom-made on demand, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
2. Refunds & Replacements (Only for Defective or Incorrect Items)
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The item received is damaged, defective, or misprinted (photo proof required).

The wrong item or size was sent due to a printing error on our part.
β
The package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the shipping provider.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order qualifies, please contact us at deeps@deeploveapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with:
πΈ Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
π¦ Your order number and details
After reviewing your claim, we will either:
- Issue a replacement at no cost, or
- Provide a refund to your original payment method
3. No Refunds or Exchanges for the Following Reasons
β Buyerβs remorse or change of mind
β Wrong size or color ordered by the customer (please check size guides carefully)
β Shipping delays caused by postal services or customs
β Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
4. Address Issues & Reshipping
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
- We do not refund orders for mistakes in the shipping address.
