1. All Sales Are Final

At Deep Love Apparel, every product is custom-made on demand, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Refunds & Replacements (Only for Defective or Incorrect Items)

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
βœ… The item received is damaged, defective, or misprinted (photo proof required).
βœ… The wrong item or size was sent due to a printing error on our part.
βœ… The package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the shipping provider.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your order qualifies, please contact us at deeps@deeploveapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with:

After reviewing your claim, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement at no cost, or
  • Provide a refund to your original payment method

3. No Refunds or Exchanges for the Following Reasons

❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
❌ Wrong size or color ordered by the customer (please check size guides carefully)
❌ Shipping delays caused by postal services or customs
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4. Address Issues & Reshipping

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • We do not refund orders for mistakes in the shipping address.
